Our Promise
Every portrait at PawGalleryArt is custom-made by hand for your pet. You'll receive a digital preview before we print β and we won't touch the printer until you love it.
π Your Free Preview
- Preview delivered to your email within 1-2Β business days
- Unlimited free revisions β we revise until you're happy
- Send revision requests to support@pawgalleryart.com
- Once you reply "Approved" β we go to print, no changes after
- No response in 10 days? We'll send a reminder, then auto-approve
β We'll Reprint or Refund If:

| Package lost by carrier | Full reprint or refund |
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos + order number.
β Not Eligible for Refund:
- After approval β once you approve your preview, the order is final
- Blurry source photo β we'll warn you first, but proceed at your request
- Screen vs. print color variation β minor differences are normal
- Change of mind after approval
- Wrong address entered at checkout
- Chargeback without contacting us first
β±οΈ Cancellations
Cancel within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund β only if your preview hasn't been sent yet. Once your preview is on the way, work has begun and cancellation is no longer possible.

We reply within 1β2 business days. Refunds processed in 5β7 business days.
