Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If you are located outside the US and manage to place an order, it will be cancelled and fully refunded. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused.


2. Processing & Delivery Timeline

All orders follow a two-stage process:

Digital preview creation 1–2 business days
Customer preview approval Varies by customer
Print & fulfillment (after approval) 3–5 business days
Carrier transit 5–7 business days
Estimated total from approval date 8–12 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Important: The fulfillment timeline begins only after you approve your digital preview. Any delay in approval directly extends your estimated delivery date. PawGalleryArt is not responsible for extended delivery times caused by delayed preview approval.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, and circumstances outside our control.


3. Shipping Cost

All orders ship free of charge within the United States. 


4. Carrier & Handling

Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our print fulfillment partner. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it is under the carrier's responsibility. PawGalleryArt does not control carrier operations, routing, or delivery schedules.


5. Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 8 business days of approving your preview, contact us at support@pawgalleryart.com and we will investigate promptly.


6. Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Peak season volume (especially November–January)
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations (Alaska, Hawaii, rural areas)

PawGalleryArt is not liable for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been dispatched. We will not issue refunds solely due to carrier delays. However, if tracking shows no movement for 15 or more consecutive days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation and reship or refund as appropriate.


7. Lost Packages

A package is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 15 or more consecutive days and the carrier cannot confirm delivery.

In the event of a confirmed lost package, we will reship at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not physically received by you. In such cases, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property and with neighbors
  2. Contacting your local post office with your tracking number
  3. Filing a missing mail claim with the carrier

We will assist in the investigation but cannot guarantee compensation for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address.


8. Stolen Packages

PawGalleryArt is not liable for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend contacting your local police department and filing a report with the carrier. We will provide documentation to assist your claim but are not obligated to reship or refund stolen packages.


9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@pawgalleryart.com — we can correct it only before the order ships
  • Once shipped, we cannot redirect, intercept, or recover packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply
  • PawGalleryArt is not liable for non-delivery caused by customer address errors

10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds in such cases will be issued minus any applicable shipping fees.
